To achieve our ambitious goals, we need talented people to join our go-to-market Sales (Presales, Inside Sales and Business Development) and Marketing teams. Our Team business is focused on resellers in the Business-to-Business space (B2B).

 

In this job Inside Sales Specialist B2B, you will be responsible for large, diverse, complex territories and/or products, developing and maintaining customer bases to accelerate our B2B Technology Solutions business line to create constant growth.

The location for this full-time job is in Italy based in Settala (MI).

What will you do?

  • You will work with B2B Team to grow existing customers and onboarding new one’s.
  • You will establishing strong relationships with our customer base.
  • You will maintain a sales pipeline report.
  • You will work with customers to drive deployment.
  • You will assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • You will follow up renewal opportunities.
  • You will providing the resellers with a high level of service and acting as a resolution point for any queries.

 

Which Talent do you bring?

  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer service & sales management.
  • You have a strong curiosity in computer and technology products and associated systems and services.
  • You are entrepreneurial, see opportunities and like challenges.
  • You have experience with a fast-paced and commercially driven organization.
  • You are customer centric, positive by nature and driven by personal, team and company success.
  • You like to be a game changer in our company, for our vendors and customers, to set the standard for years to come.
  • Good level of English, writing in particular.
