The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional to lead CloudBlue PSA and CloudBlue Rev’s event strategy and marketing programs on a global scale. The Global Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for leading events, marketing programs and sales enablement, along with finding creative ways to support and motivate our regional Ingram Micro sellers to promote Rev to their reseller partners. He/she will work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams, the global marketing team and other Ingram Micro program and community managers to curate the right marketing approach for PSA and Rev in each country. The right person for this job will be an enthusiastic, collaborative, self-starter who is excited to help our Cloud Channel Platform marketing and sales team accelerate CloudBlue’s growth within our Ingram Micro customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with other Ingram Micro marketing managers to attach Rev and PSA to existing IM programs, communities and events
  • Develop and lead a program to gamify sales enablement and sales support from Ingram Micro teams, using our internal sales teams as one of our biggest lead generation sources
  • Lead CloudBlue PSA and Rev’s virtual and in person event strategy and execution, with support from event associates for in person as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of PSA and Rev’s overall strategy, target audience, and customer base in order to develop effective marketing programs and assets
  • Collect and analyze program results, reporting and sharing insights with leadership, and iterating on the program based on lessons learned
  • Drive new content creation as needed for programs and events, providing clear direction for copywriters, product marketing, our creative team, and/or agencies to bring new content to life

What you bring to this role:

  • 5+ years of relevant work in campaigns and marketing, preferably in B2B and tech/software
  • Experience building and implementing marketing events and programs
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com, Dynamics), marketing automation (Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), and reporting (Domo, Adobe, Tableau)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
