 Customer Experience Manager

The job

As Customer Experience Manager at Ingram Micro AB in Sweden, you will be overall responsible for developing, maintaining and upholding relevant processes for the approximately 30 sales support specialists and their managers in Stockholm and Göteborg. Processes that will ensure that our customers are offered a market leading customer experience that exceeds their expectations.

The position is newly established and of the outmost strategic importance to our overall customer success and growth. The responsibilities include:

  • To work in close cooperation with the sales organization to understand customer objectives and goals and development of relevant customer development plans to achieve these
  • To work in close cooperation with sales representatives on prioritized customer accounts and develop individual customer action plans that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn
  • To develop and set standards and metrics that measure and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the order process and continuously drives improvement
  • To work in close cooperation with our shared Service Center in Bulgaria
  • Process management and project management
  • To act as a customer evangelist and the voice of our customers within the organization

The perfect candidate

The ideal candidate for the position as Customer Experience Manager is an experienced business development leader that understands customers’ needs and pains and how to develop and implement business processes that address these throughout the customer journey. Key requirements on a successful candidate include:

  • Documented experience within customer success, customer service, customer relations, sales and/or customer fulfillment
  • Documented experience within process development
  • Documented leadership experience including organizing, managing and developing team relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive with the ability to see the big picture and develop next steps in an agile manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
