Your role:

We're looking for an exceptional digital marketer with expertise in social, web, and other digital advertising – strategy, execution, attribution, and measurement at scale. You should have a strong background in social media marketing and community management, along with content creation. You will lead our digital marketing tactics for our Global Marketing social and website publishing, while teaching the company about our acquisition and engagement programs. You will work with the rest of the global marketing team to develop and optimize social and website processes and performance, along with other campaign assets related to our solutions and community.

This role requires a digital marketer who can deliver from campaign development to execution. This position will work at the group level, providing dedicated support to multiple solution categories, to ensure that digital channels are an integrated and optimized part of the marketing mix and that the objectives of channel preference are delivered upon. To be successful in this capacity, the candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, in a global organization, and collaborating with large teams across the company. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a vision for the future of social media marketing, and be focused on delivering results while continuously improving customer centricity and experience within our digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own strategy, editorial calendar, posting and community for CloudBlue social handles and cloudblue.com including content strategy, creation and execution
  • Leverage data to advance social strategies, track and report campaign and channel effectiveness, uncover relevant insights, and identify channel optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to execute and measure integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in the digital marketing and paid media space
  • Own identifying, prioritizing and testing new channels and then scaling them
  • Manage paid media agencies as needed
  • Effectively support strategic sales efforts and global marketing initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing communications planning and execution

What you bring to the role:

  • 3+ years plus years’ experience in social and digital marketing, preferably in B2B and tech/software
  • Experience with modern marketing platforms and tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com, Dynamics), marketing automation (Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot), social media (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter), paid search (Google, Bing), and reporting (Domo, Adobe, Tableau)
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills – writing samples required
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for correct grammar and an ear for good copy
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges and innovation
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
