Advanced Solutions Sales Specialist

We are looking for a solution focused team player to who can offer support to an account base in the Advanced Solutions team. You must be customer focused, have strong IT knowledge and want to deliver an excellent solution service. You will be required to build strong relationships within a customer base, to sell and promote AS product and services to meet the demands of the technological solution. Developing and maintaining an excellent rapport and executing on high standards of customer service, whilst maintaining and growing revenue and profit. You will be working as part of a large team of dedicated Advanced solution specialists.

  • Become a Trusted Advisor, building strong relationships to maintain and grow profitable business
  • Working calmly and methodically in a fast-paced, demanding environment, displaying a high level of organisational skill and a keen ability to problem solve
  • Support and advise customers of suitable products and services which fit their business needs.
  • Manage and provide Pipeline and forecast updates including account plans
  • Are driven and motivated to understand their subject matter, to continuously learn the new technology releases in an ever-changing environment
  • Build and obtain suitable AS vendor accreditations as required/available
