Technical Recruiter - Ingram Micro Cloud & CloudBlue
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our awesome Ingram Micro Cloud team in downtown Toronto.
This role will be hybrid as we return to the office: one day out of our downtown cloud location + one day working out of our Mississauga location. You must be flexible to float between both locations.

The Technical Recruiter will deliver high-quality candidates and advance the Ingram Micro and Ingram Micro Cloud and CloudBlue brands across numerous markets in Canada and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Ingram Micro selection process.
The new recruiter will perform full life recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers candidates and the community at large. If you have experience closely with leaders in technology to define position requirements and evaluate candidates for skills match, you should apply!
You must be good at building alliances and work in a team environment, partnering with HR and divisional leadership on succession planning, internal mobility, and anticipate future recruiting needs.

What you should bring to the table:
Our office associates are currently returning to the office in a hybrid approach. Keeping in mind the overall health and safety of our associates and candidates, we’ve implemented a virtual hiring process, and continue to interview candidates by phone or video. We are onboarding new hires in a hybrid capacity.
