Identifies training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensures the learning and training infrastructure and activities to guarantee effectiveness of associates and management in line with business needs;
  • Interacts with EMEA HR Team to share best practices and implement corporate initiatives;
  • Train and develop the SSC staff in line with company objectives;
  • Designs and develops training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs;
  • Develops effective induction programs; facilitate and manage delivery of the induction program;
  • Devises individual learning plans;
  • Produces training materials for in-house courses;
  • Implements career paths and succession planning;
  • Helps line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
  • Assists on other HR projects and HR process as assigned by the HR Manager

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in training and development,  preferably in a SSC or BPO
  • Good knowledge of the Bulgarian training provider market
  • Deep understanding of training design and training delivery techniques
  • Excellent communication skills. Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian
  • Good facilitation and coaching skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience with Peoplesoft is an advantage
