Late Shift Associate - Operations

You will……

As an Associate you will be joining a mature Operations team with an established Lean culture, working in a small team within the Operation reporting to a team Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the processing of all sales orders to the carriers within service levels whilst fully supporting the maintenance of a LEAN culture with the upmost focus on application of the Safe Working Procedures and Correct Work Instructions.

• Follow work instruction and safe working procedures
• Pick/Pack/Ship orders according to priority
• 100% focus QUALITY & Customer Experience
• Full understanding of floor-based performance metrics
• Reporting of defects and championing of new ideas to improve existing processes

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

• Experience in fast moving pick/pack/ship environment
• Experience in using RF technologies
• GCSE level comprehension of English and Math
• Own transport
• A positive approach to Change  
• A willingness to increase skills sets to support any area of the operation
