Recruit Program Manager


You will proactively develop and grow Cyber Security products and services into our existing IT reseller channel. Leveraging our go to market strategy and value proposition, you will add value and become a trusted advisor within your account base. This is a role where you will develop a strong understanding of the full range of products and services offered by Ingram Micro Cyber Security within the portfolio to enable you to provide best in class service and support. You will own the delivery of a revenue, front end margin and trading partner goals whilst supporting IM finance to ensure timely payments are being made by your customers. You will drive the peer to peer engagement across Ingram Micro and your customer, whilst building and developing the network of relevant vendor peers.

B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel is essential, being self-motivated and organised is a key part of this role in order to manage partner relationships, pipeline and partner plans efficiently.

You will have the below skills and experience:

  • Proactively work with all SST & IST areas looking at process improvements around recruit activities whilst supporting and enhancing the current application infrastructure and improving business processes (Partner Profile Qualification App for example)
  • Finding the most efficient solution for cross BU (MW, SaaS, Cyber, IaaS) problems by identifying best use of resources and employ: Net New Partner Recruit Campaigns centred on the Partner and involving all relevant BUs to reduce overlay engagement
  • Deliver complex information in a confident and convincing manner, appropriate to a diverse audience
  • Turning raw data into valuable insights to grow the net new Partner base: Partner insights, Vendor insights, Competition insights
  • Interrogate, interpret and analyse data from multiple sources to come up with solutions to problems and opportunities
  • Mine vast amounts of data to assist with identifying Net New opportunities
  • Use a combined knowledge of applications, modelling, statistics, analytics and maths to solve problems
  • Make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms from multiple data sets
  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise internal Recruit Team efficiency, associates’ experiences, revenue generation and other business outcomes
  • Performing initial data analysis to assess the quality of the data
  • Presenting information using data visualisation techniques

 

Ideal candidate:

 

  • IT Channel experience (either at Vendor, Disti or Partner)
  • Experience in a BI role
  • Strong knowledge of Data Bases (particularly SQL)
  • Expert in Power BI
  • Problem solving approach
  • Communication skills
