Develops strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers. Establishes relationships with outside sources - ad agencies, placement firms, etc. and ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained. Develops and manages internal job transfer systems. Conducts background and reference checks, prepares documentation & reports and maintains candidate evaluation tools. Makes recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitates negotiations. . Higher levels of employment management may have responsibility for a larger number of the following areas: EEO planning and reporting, staffing strategy and manpower planning, development and upgrades to applicant tracking systems and college recruitment and internship programs. What you bring to the role: Seasoned professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. May manager projects/processes. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization. Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. Specialist in technical or business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations. Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 2 years functional experience including a minimum of 2 years TI experience. Objetivo Principal del Puesto:
Atraer, desarrollar y retener al mejor talento, encontrar a la persona correcta, en el puesto correcto, en el momento correcto para el desarrollo de la  estrategia de CLOUD y dando seguimiento a los indicadores del área, promoviendo la diversidad e inclusión para hacer de Ingram la mejor empresa para trabajar.

Funciones Principales:

  1. Realizar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección, contratación, desarrollo y baja
  2. Seguimiento a la estrategia de Employer Branding para atraer y retener el talento en el sector TI / Cloud
  3. Responsable del manejo o distribución y comunicación de las vacantes, administración de proceso de aplicación de candidatos vía JobVite, proceso de onboarding (cultural y funcional), integración del nuevo asociado (Día 31) y promover la movilidad de asociados internamente de la BU a cargo
  4. Crear una experiencia de servicio a nuestros asociados para poder lograr de nuestra compañía un mejor lugar para trabajar
  5. Analizar métricas de TA y tomar acciones innovadoras para promover los resultados planteados

  • Buen manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento
  • Técnicas de reclutamiento y manejo de diversas plataformas de selección
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office
  • Preferentemente conocimiento de Workday, Jobvite & idioma portugués
