SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Sales Trainer/Facilitator will facilitate Ingram Micro’s Cloud learning programs. So, what does this mean? This means we are a looking for someone that thrives being up at the front of the room (or camera!) facilitating. Someone who loves to keep their finger on the pulse in the evolving world of classroom and virtual learning experience. This role will facilitate frontline sales training and customer service training for new associates as well as seasoned professionals and will be required to interact with all levels in the organization.

The ideal Sales Trainer/Facilitator will have an authentic and effective communication style, with prior sales development design and facilitation experience.

 Some travel may be required in the future

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
  • A minimum of 8 years demonstrated success in the design and facilitation of adult learning programs, including leadership development programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms to large and small audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical learning solutions
  • Experience with learning design software, SharePoint and/or intranet design a plus
  • Experience working in a global matrix sales / logistics operations environment a plus
  • Experience working with LMS is required, and experience with Workday Learning a plus
  • Working knowledge of Ingram Micro Sales and Go to Market (GTM) functions a plus
