Your role:

The ideal Marketing Analyst should be a self-starter who is obsessed with data, visualizations, numbers, and reporting. They will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects interfacing with all levels within the organization, while being flexible to changing business and technical conditions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop powerful and engaging data visualizations (data tables, charts and infographics)
  • Compile and distribute monthly dashboards and weekly reports which measure paid media effectiveness, sales performance, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Proactively engage with business stakeholders and provide feedback to adjust programs and drive greater results while optimizing marketing spend
  • Evaluate trends and recommend marketing insights to drive lead generation
  • Create ad hoc reports to identify areas of opportunity for underperforming products
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Participate in marketing presentations with the global teams
  • Assist with the marketing setup for new properties
  • Provide analysis and insights for one or more of the following: sales conversion ratios, web and search traffic, paid media spend, email campaign statistics
  • Run ROI analysis, marketing campaign tracking and results analysis.


What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar Professional Certificate.
  • Understanding of complex data analysis, visualization, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of probability and statistics. Applied experience in experimentation design and/or A/B is a plus.
  • Proficiency with PowerBI, Dynamics, Salesforce, and website analytics tools. (Google Analytics Certification a plus)
  • Familiarity with API connectors and coding
  • High level of detail orientation with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as effective interpersonal skills
