Do those words describe you or who you aspire to be daily? As our Cloud Manager of Sales Engineers you will need to pull on those strengths to lead a large sales-engineering team to drive solution adoption with our Partners.   

As the Cloud Manager of Sales Engineers, you will partner with multiple organizations to manage a team of pre-sales engineers, responsible for supporting partner solution development in addition to technology development within a go to market strategy. 

Responsibility:   

  • Develop, coach and mentor a team of Sales Engineers  
  • Set goals and objectives for team members around partner solution development and adoption 
  • Manage a staff of both Inside sales engineers  
  • Manage a Team of Sales Engineers that will be focused on a singular category (Business Applications, Security, UCC, Microsoft SaaS or Communication line of business) 
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.   
  • Train, Mentor and Develop 

About You:  

  • Experienced. 3+ years of experience in management, and/or strategy roles. 
  • Technical. Background in technology and/or solution development 
  • Educated. Continual learning mindset along with yourBA/BS degree in business or relative degree 
  • Independent. Self-directed and motivated with the ability to make decisions and laugh in the face of "the fear of failing" 
  • Collaborative. Lone wolves end up lonely, so you leverage the brilliant minds around you
