Business Development Manager EMEA - HPE Greenlake

In this role you are responsible for the HPE Greenlake plans and objectives on an EMEA level, within Ingram Micro EMEA’s overall Vendor Management and Advanced Solutions team. As the HPE Greenlake lead, you are accountable for business growth and revenue increases across Europe, drive and optimize HPE Greenlake sales through the different EMEA Countries supporting the implementation and execution of the HPE Greenlake strategy, program and tools. Additionally, together with local country organizations and the larger HPE Community, you continuously improve performance for your business area, and share best practices and pertinent information through consistent communication. 


  • Coordinate country GreenLake plans and objectives.
  • Accountable for HPE GreenLake business growth, objectives and revenue increases.
  • Drive and optimize GreenLake sales through the different IM countries.
  • Support the implementation and execution of the HPE GreenLake strategy, program and tools.

Strategy & Program Design

  • Design and lead strategic initiatives and actions to maximize efficiency and growth of GreenLake sales within the different IM countries.
  • Develop strategic messaging and communications as required.
  • Collaborate extensively with HPE and IM organizations to drive common approach to HPE GreenLake sales.
  • Track business results and performance metrics to execute effectively on the defined objectives.

Sales Development

  • Drive country alignment.
  • Support the execution of the different IM GreenLake plans across all countries.
  • Evangelize, negotiate and influence the different stakeholders to provide business direction and drive GreenLake adoption.
  • Builds strong relationship with HPE and IM Business Unit country leadership teams to further develop GreenLake sales.
  • Ensure appropriate training & sales enablement where needed (at partner & internally)
  • Ensure country IM GreenLake specialist develops successfully their GreenLake country plans.


Required Skills

The ideal candidate is capable of implementing strategic and tactical business plans with local country teams. You are a strong networker and communicator, with great commercial drive and stakeholder management skills. 

Your profile:

  • About 6 to 8 years of professional experience, International Business experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in the IT industry, during which you have specialized yourself in Networking solutions.
  • Great understanding of IT channel and the reseller business model.
  • A University degree in Business Administration.
  • An effective oral and written communicator - clear and concise in English.
  • Skilled in writing business plans, contributing to strategic plans, and devising reporting to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and return on investments (ROI).
