 This is where YOU come in! 

 As the Cloud Sales Solutions Manager for SaaS , you will partner with global and regional senior sales leaders to lead the sales planning responsibilities and activities for our Cloud Portfolio. This position will play a critical role in sales execution and developing a framework for scalable programs. 

Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent communication skills, thought leadership in their role, and an innovative problem solver who isn’t afraid to think outside-of-the-box to provide the best solutions for our partners.


Responsibilities:   

  • Set goals and objectives for team members for the achievement of operational results. Driving profits and net new business. 
  • Manage a staff of Inside Sales and possibly Field-deployable Sales Representatives. 
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.  
  • Train, Mentor and Grow.

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Experienced. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, and/or strategy roles 
  • Educated. Continual learning mindset along with your BA/BS degree in business or relative degree
  • Independent. Self-directed and motivated with the ability to make decisions and laugh in the face of "the fear of failing"
  • Collaborative. Lone wolves end up lonely, so you leverage the brilliant minds around you
