The Ingram Global Digital team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive the implementation of global strategic initiatives. We are looking for a smart and innovative product leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, has experience in setting global technology strategies and roadmaps, and can drive results across business and technical teams. This role shapes efforts that drive revenue growth, internal efficiencies, and customer satisfaction – in short you move multiple needles!

The position involves regular communication with Senior Management and Executives across business, digital strategy, and technology; therefore, executive presentation skills are essential for this opportunity. We are also looking for strong analytical skills to extract the prioritization of roadmaps and business cases. As a product leader, you must be able to see the vision, set a path to get there, and lead and influence others to achieve our goals.

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for delivering DocuSign contract lifecycle management solutions through a matrixed organization across several Business Units from Legal to Cyber Security.  Team building, cross functional collaboration, accountability, ownership and defining success criteria are some of the key qualities required for this position.

Your role:

  • Meet with customers, partners, peers and stakeholders to understand requirements, define the scope of work, and build roadmaps aligned with the vision of the digital strategy organization.
  • Analyze macro-economic trends, perform competitive analysis, size-up internal capabilities, and build business cases to support the portfolio of initiatives.
  • Grow Product Management capabilities, nurturing the existing skillset and raising the bar for higher standards across multiple product lines with the ability to add additional product lines into their responsible portfolio.
  • Help to build a strong product culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the respective engineering / development partners to assist in designing the best product in terms of customer experience.
  • Contribute to long-term product roadmap and strategy.
  • Oversee project lifecycle for projects within Legal (Legal Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management/CLM, Export Control & Compliance, Procurement) and build strong partnerships with cross-functional departments (Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, HR, Finance.)
  • Work with various teams to develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation and go live 
  • Engage in other areas of Legal such as Privacy, Compliance, Reporting, Production and participate in change management support to ensure projects are addressed from end to end and the needs, interests and success criteria of the business are met. 

The ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:

  • Product Management and development, working together with business, and technology teams to design, develop, or enhance existing models and customer experience.
  • Strong advocate for internal and external customers and able to convert their needs into prioritized roadmaps.
  • Business management, including creating strategy across product portfolio, roadmaps, and managing its respective budget/s.
  • Understanding of Global organization and its associated business units, with a lens towards common-sizing and solution building.
  • Product knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Tools, associated systems and integration patterns.
  • Collaboration with development teams to define scope and processes in Agile Framework.

 What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science and Math or related discipline required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with CLM (DocuSign / Spring CLM / Apttus / Conga / Coupa / Agiloft / Ariba / SirionLabs / Zycus / Oracle).
  • Product Management experience in enterprise cloud software
  • Record of success in Contract Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, or Business Process Management.
  • Prior experience working with MS CRM Dynamics integrations a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology, and complex workflows.
  • Ability to interact with Engineers and Designers on technical topics to identify best possible decisions.
  • Ability to define, track and act upon KPIs.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with product management, business strategy, technology strategy, and roadmap planning and scenario analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills - need to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives and stakeholders and managing customer expectations.
