As a Senior Process Improvement Consultant, you will partner with our global teams and partners to analyze and document existing processes, recommend optimal solutions, and implement new improvements. The employee will participate in the overall success of one of our top digital initiatives, our Recurring Revenue project.

What is the Recurring Revenue project? As industries shift to subscription models, Ingram Micro is strategically building processes and technology to support this growth.  This top digital initiative is transforming the way we sell, manage, and support our Technology Services business. In this role you will address business issues through the development and implementation of best practices while delivering value-added processes and technology to our global team and partners. 

 Position Summary: 

  • Partner with cross functional teams to analyze and document existing processes, recommend optimal solutions, and implement new improvements. 
  • Lead efforts to scope, document, and analyze business requirements to create epics and manage technical backlog while meeting project goals and metrics. 
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis. 
  • Experience creating, leading, facilitating, training virtual and in-person trainings.
  • Develop and facilitate trainings, including content creation, for both virtual and in-person trainings. Execute various administrative duties related to training, such as scheduling classes, organizing enrollment, tracking and reporting progress  
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, & tools.
  • The ability to effectively influence stakeholders/project teams and to be well-skilled in both oral and written communication is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reporting on project status and plan 

 The Candidate Will Be Experienced In:   

  • Presenting to audiences at various levels within the organization. 
  • Experienced professional individual contributor on a project or work team.  
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. 
  • Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues.  

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

Experience Requirement:

  • 7+ years of related experience OR For internal employees, 3-5 years of related experience and 2+ years of related external experience.
  • Experience with SAP, MS CRM Dynamics, or other ERP implementations is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Prosci, Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred.
