We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ingram Micro Cloud team on a 10 month maternity leave contract starting asap.

What we are looking for:

Ingram Micro is seeking a customer focused professional with at least 2 years of business-to-business account management experience. Prior experience in the Adobe channel is not a mandatory requirement for the role. We are looking for someone that is willing to learn new vendor licensing programs/policies, and prides themselves on delivering positive customer experiences, working with an established Adobe vendor team within Ingram Micro Cloud.

The successful candidate will be happy working in close knit team that values hard work and a customer first mindset, is familiar with CRM systems, MS Office applications, and comfortable proactively engaging and with communicating with customers via phone, email and online meetings.


Develops strong relationships with both un-authorized and authorized partners as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Adobe at Ingram Micro. Creates and manages sales opportunities primarily for Focus Partners and Invest Partners, through pre-sales and post-sales support. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Account Management

  • Partner Sales Support - provide daily sales support for all Adobe queries
  • Opportunity Management & Development - call and contact partners and follow up on large new and renewal opportunities, and work with licensing quotes team to ensure partners have required quotes, update opportunities in CRM and provide weekly reporting.
  • Renewal Pipeline - manage the renewal pipeline to improve renewal rates (weekly). Monitor renewal report (weekly) and flag losses to team.
  • Attend weekly internal team meetings and fortnightly vendor meetings.

Vendor Engagement

  • Vendor Meetings - Attend meetings with vendor and IM Cloud Team.
  • Vendor QBRs - Attend quarterly business reviews with vendor and IM Cloud team.
  • Vendor Training - attend vendor training programs, webinars, and briefings.
