You will be the Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) business partner, advisor, and facilitator for our APAC organization. You will be driving the planning and execution of all Talent Management, leadership development and team effectiveness programs and practices.

 

In this job you will report directly into Monique Hopmans, our Vice President HR EMEA & APAC. In this job this you will provide implementation support as well as independent, strategic viewpoint on all TMOD programs and practices in alignment with our global corporation.

 

In this job you will focus on succession planning, and leadership & team development.

You will drive the talent assessment process, employee engagement, and the use of the appropriate talent management, team, and leadership tools & practices. This to drive a high performing organization.

 

 

The location of this full-time job is Singapore.

What will you do?

  • You will drive our TMOD strategy and execution by providing clear vision, guiding principles, goals, and success metrics.
  • You will deliver compelling leadership development programs by partnering with senior leaders and our global team. This to facilitate and develop new content for the identified learning priorities.
  • You will partner with our TMOD (country) leads, to drive interventions to support our culture of continuous learning and feedback transformation. This to drive high performance and engagement.
  • You will support senior leaders on leading the Talent Assessment Process and facilitate the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders, and managers. This for succession plans and talent mobility. You will build, coach, and facilitate effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment.

What Talent do you bring?

  • You have proven demonstrated success in the defining the strategy, design, and execution of talent development programs.
  • You have great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • You have ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions and be able to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
  • You have a great and adaptable style of communication (internal & external stakeholders), have great organizational and coordinating skills.
  • You are experienced with working independently, flexible and with a large and international team of talented people.
  • You are well educated, fluent in English and are experienced and enjoy working with people across cultures and borders.
