You will be the Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) business partner, advisor, and facilitator for our APAC organization. You will be driving the planning and execution of all Talent Management, leadership development and team effectiveness programs and practices.
In this job you will report directly into Monique Hopmans, our Vice President HR EMEA & APAC. In this job this you will provide implementation support as well as independent, strategic viewpoint on all TMOD programs and practices in alignment with our global corporation.
In this job you will focus on succession planning, and leadership & team development.
You will drive the talent assessment process, employee engagement, and the use of the appropriate talent management, team, and leadership tools & practices. This to drive a high performing organization.
The location of this full-time job is Singapore.
