This is a business analysts role, focused on VBA process improvement and testing.
We offer a hybrid work environment - the employee can work from home up to 3 days per week.
This role will support integration of different Ingram Global lines of businesses . Areas of focus for the department are:
1. Improvement projects: through automation in VBA, SQL, Python etc
2. System testing: UAT (user acceptance testing) for ERPs (SAP/IMpulse), WMS (warehouse management system) (IM First/IWS)
3. Reporting: Metrics maintenance, analyzing data, audit
4. Client relation: Working directly with Google Trade Compliance team to support CLS business
5. Production support: Act as the SME and provide guidance to our team in Manila, Philippines.
Summary Of The Role:
In this role you will be the primary point of contact and subject matter professional for export compliance systems operations, providing compliance knowledge and technical expertise. you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand business scenarios in various ERP systems via building reporting tools (queries) and data analyses, propose and validate solutions by performing UAT and production QA to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will also help drive process Â improvements by sharing the primary goal to increase efficiencies, accuracies and productivities.
