However, the IT industry has many valuable players in the channel, think of us as the Tim Cahill (Football Legend) of the IT industry.  Trusted, Passionate, and Dominant.  We add value to the industry by our broad reaching knowledge of all the other players on the field.  We partner with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, IBM and work with our resellers to build the right solution for the end user.

But what would you be doing?

Connecting with top tier talent is getting harder every day. The best candidates aren't responding to traditional tactics, they're slipping through the net, and we need to be more proactive to connect with them.

The TA Associate will partner with our hiring managers and internal talent team to assist with new strategies to finding that precious jewel. This means you will have access and support to Employee Branding, Candidate Experience and creating Talent pipelines.

With a global business behind you, we have access to tools to support this role such as our JobVite Recruitment platform, LinkedIn Recruiter tools, BI tools to help you analyse data, KornFerry Competency framework to secure the right candidates to fit the roles we have as well as a Talent Acquisition Global Network to tap into thought leading initiatives.  With all these tools and expertise around you, you will grow your knowledge of the proactive approach to the Talent Acquisition (no more posting job advertisements and praying!) and be part of an ANZ talent team in which you will be supported, mentored, and developed.

You will have exposure to recruitment (agency or internal is fine). You will be process driven and inquisitive, thriving on building relationships and delivering recruitment outcomes.
