Position: Technical Presales Consultant

For this role you need to be a proactive person with Excellent Technical, Presentation and Communication skills to enhance the sales of assigned products by offering Presales support to customers, You need to master the product knowledge to design solutions and assist salespersons to up-sell and cross-sell designated products. 


Responsibilities:

  • Providing Pre-Sales support on UC Solution and Data Center Infrastructure.
  • Carrying out the proposition of Avaya, think strategically about our competitive ability and collaborate to the plan to grow the business in UAE and Rest of Gulf.
  • Developing the business of our reselling partners by offering the right services and solutions.
  • Taking initiative in the further development of knowledge and abilities, necessary to optimally develop your portfolio.
  • Generate Bill of Materials.
  • Conduct POCs for the partners and end users.
  • Open to learn and work on other technologies.
  • Participating in training courses and commercial events to obtain the necessary vendor certificates.
  • Working closely with the sales team, Account Managers (Partners, Vendor and Internal).
  • Conducting Training for Partners and Internal Sales Team.
    • Work closely with your Pre-Sales colleagues within Ingram Micro.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • 3-5 years of presales experience 
  • Technology required.: Unified Communications / Compute and Storage Infra / Network Infra
  • You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed.
