What you’ll do
Reporting into the vendor management team, the Market Development Manager’s role is multi-faceted with 4 key pillars; Sales and Marketing of product. Onboarding new reseller partners. Partner Enablement and Training (both Ingram Micro and Reseller partners). You will be the Distributor Champion of Microsoft Teams Certified Meeting Room device’s and associated OEM Vendors products.
In a distribution B2B solutions environment, the role serves as an extension to the Ingram Micro Sales and Product teams, vendor teams and re-seller sales organizations in a consultative and understanding approach. You will identify and target areas for growth whilst mitigating risk and closing gaps to further extend product and solutions sales through partner engagement, training and enablement sessions with as and when required, hosting partner events (virtual and in attendance), trade show attendance, presenting and end user engagement.
What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role, you will have sales leadership experience, proficient in articulating to and utilizing all stakeholder capabilities. You will identify, develop and leverage relationships with vendors and customers alike. Your demonstrable flair for sales and marketing engagement, networking abilities, partner enablement and attention to detail will stand you above the competition in this pivotal role.
