This is a Resident Account Manager Position in Coimbatore Location in Tamil Nadu.   This position manages 25 partners in Coimbatore & Adjoining Cities of Tamil Nadu.

Responsibility includes doing account management, being the Ingram SPOC for the Partners and Vendors in Coimbatore.

Selling all IM Products of CC/AS/IMC/EM divisions.

Collection of Payments and Settlement of accounts.

Keeping the local Coimbatore Partners & Vendors happy and satisfied by constant engagement with them and by timely resolution of any issues they face, by taking up internally in our system, escalating through the hierarchies and getting resolutions through the hierarchies ; ensuring maximum mindshare from partners for Ingram.

Ensuring rightful wallet shares in these customer accounts.

Ensuring all Ingram offerings are well explained and promoted amongst the partners. Motivating partners to take part in the programs and qualify, thereby increasing our revenues, market shares and margins.

Doing the quarterly and monthly revenue targets given for the geography.

Qualifications  :  B.SC/BCom/Engg/MA/MCom/MSc/MBA. Knowledge of MS Office is a Must

Experience  : 3-5 years of experience in selling I.T products through Channel Partners.
