Position Summary : 

This is Business Development manager for Microsoft OEM / FULL PACK SOFTWARE products.   Job will involve taking complete ownership of the development and increase of  Business Partners in Bangalore and other towns of Karnataka state



Position will take up full ownership of the following :


1. Microsoft oem , full pack software pack revenue targets if the quarter and month


2. Daily engagement with Vendor (Microsoft) Managers to understand their market strategies and align our go-to-market approach as per that plan.


3. Identification of proposed business partners in Bangalore and other towns of Karnataka, who will do this business for us and Microsoft every month in a consistent manner


4. Registering these Partners


5. Training these partners on Microsoft products


6. Certifications for partners


7. Providing all support to Partners to sell these products to their customers


8. Planning & Carrying out all Breadth Increase Activities during the month


9. Helping partners to sell and liquidate their stocks


10. Primary sales to our partners. Making sure partners buy from us specified numbers every month


11. Daily engagement with Partners. Providing all necessary information to partners on a timely basis and being the single point of contact for this business from Ingram Micro


12. Taking the help of Branch Manager and Regional head internally to sort out  issues pertaining to the business so that there the desired goals are achieved in the set timelines and business runs smoothly as per the set plans.




Education preference


Engineering Graduates / MBA .

Dynamic Graduate/MBA will also do




We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of experience of selling I.T products to retailers , corporate resellers , SMB partners etc. Channel Management experience is required.
