Job Title: Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer role is the first step to becoming more involved with the wider project lifecycle within the Professional Services division at Comms-care. The role looks to build upon the familiar maintenance and project installation skills of the Field Engineer by exposing them to larger project-based opportunities that involve an increasing level of complexity. The Systems Engineer will be expected to assist with the success of projects by acting as project lead. The Systems Engineer works within the Technical Services team and is responsible for providing the technical support skills to our customers both onsite and remotely. On a day to day basis, they are focused on installing and supporting a variety and hardware and software for our customers. Additional duties include remote and onsite troubleshooting, facilitating customer adds, moves & changes, customer rollouts and other project based installs. There will also be an On Call requirement of not more than 1 week in 4. This will be an excellent opportunity to develop additional technical skills as additional training will be provided with a view that they will be able to quickly progress to the role of Senior Systems Engineer
