About Our Team:

This team is the IBM Business Unit residing under our Data Center Division as part of Advanced Solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Operationally savvy (tools/process adoption)

  • Lean/six sigma certified is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

40% Tool/Automation Adoption

    2022 Internal adoption – ensuring tools are used/ enhanced/working
    Standardization/process management
    Late 2022/2023 Partner adoption – speak to the value, external facing

20% Collaborating with VBMs on strategic initiatives & building business cases

20% Prioritize/influencer/collaboration – tell the story on why priority, benefit, business value (tech + fin)

20% Modernizing data exchange with IBM/IGF for process improvement
