Position Summary:

  • Develop a coordinated, U.S. strategy: U.S. demand generation; partner, vendor and internal
  • Set strategies and execute with clearly defined KPI’s, ROI and clearly tied results to investments
  • Lead with an Ingram Micro Cloud first approach for execution leveraging outside agencies on an exception basis
  • Develop, and foster key internal and external relationships to foster growth and partnership
  • Lead your team to develop a U.S. centric campaign that grow in results by leveraging a data led approach to fuel continual learning that drive on compounded results
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ingram Micro Cloud’s overall strategy, target audience, and customer base in order to develop effective strategies, messaging, and campaigns
  • Develop new programs to drive the revenue in key segments (with and through end customer and partner) to introduce new solutions
  • Set organizational goals to develop your team

What you bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience and 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional projects driving proven demand generation results in a matrixed organization
  • Manages a staff of professional and support associates.
  • Makes day-to-day decisions for group/department.
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Management of large onsite and offsite complex projects
  • Selection and oversight of external agencies
  • Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.
  • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • Previous demonstrated linkage of demand generation efforts to an organization’s closed business results
  • Compassionate leader who is purposeful with their engagements with the team
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Four-year college degree
