The Web Content Manager will oversee the business management of as a strategic asset for both brand and demand. Must have experience with digital & web strategies leveraging best practices in content, design, information architecture, data analysis, and SEO.

The focus will be on managing our website as an integral part of growing our brand presence as well as feeding our marketing funnel to generate marketing qualified leads. 
Partnership with our development, product marketing, campaign marketing, content and design teams. Oversee the architecture, design, content, and user experience of our site in pursuit of more traffic, qualified leads, and lead conversions. This includes managing minor and major updates to the website as CloudBlue continues to grow our depth of offerings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and continuously innovate the content and experience  for website from a business perspective, ensuring the site is optimized in line with strategic objectives
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for updates aligned to marketing and stakeholder needs
  • Strategize and execute on content and design updates, new page creation, and other site updates as needed through the CMS
  • Work with website section owners to align on what they want to accomplish and what KPIs represent success
  • Collaborate with development team to update the front-end, CMS, and plugins as needed
  • Drive strategic vision for the website, working collaboratively with product marketing and campaign marketing teams to understand future website needs as they relate to business KPIs
  • Manage meeting and resource schedules, workflows and deadlines associated with website content projects and activities
  • Audit and analyze competitive landscape for industry-related websites
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI
  • Lead SEO audits and continuously implement changes
  • Ensure the overall website reflects and adheres to the CloudBlue brand standards while creating an ideal user experience to easily navigate visitors to the right content based on their persona and preferences
  • Lead all major website projects such as rebrand migrations, leading and working with agencies as needed
  • Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations for event-based tracking, data layer execution, and ensure website analytics are working properly
  • Manage website-related agencies including SEO consultants
  • Collaborate with marketing operations team members to collect and integrate website analytics data into campaign and marketing team performance reports

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years proven experience as a Web Content Manager, Webmaster or related role
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and SEO
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS
  • Familiarity with web standards
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, XML, SQL and/or JavaScript preferred
  • Familiarity with Pardot email templates and coding preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges and innovation
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, Design or a related field is preferred
