Leading the P
ublic Relations function within CloudBlue’s Global Communications and Marketing organization. This individual will be responsible for helping to strengthen CloudBlue’s leadership position through integrated PR programs and thought leadership publications. Will provide strategic recommendations, craft plans, and execute on end-to-end communication campaigns. 


  • Develop subject matter expertise in enterprise technology and issues that impact our business and the competitive landscape
  • Create and execute communications programs that amplify CloudBlue’s solutions and messages
  • Proactively identify and develop content that aligns with the strategic priorities of the business, maintaining our thought leadership content calendar
  • Have a passion for developing and executing media relations programs—building and maintaining reporter relationships, identifying story ideas, pitching stories and securing coverage
  • Provide communications support and counsel to global colleagues
  • Conceptualize, write and deliver long-form content such as press releases, contributed articles and op-eds, with agency support
  • Lead PR agency support for global communications plan
  • Work cross functionally with various teams
  • Cultivate relationships with tech reporters

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years of communications experience (in house or agency) including technology/product and thought leadership programs
  • Experience in enterprise software, cloud technology
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Previous experience managing external agencies
  • Familiarity working within project management tools
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
  • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations or related field
