This is where YOU come in! 

The ideal candidate is a 
seasoned marketing manager to lead global marketing programs and regional campaign execution. He/she will work cross-functionally with regional sales managers, the global marketing team and other CloudBlue team members to curate the right marketing mix for each country we target.

This role will drive lead generation for CloudBlue Commerce, Connect and related services, focusing on account-based marketing tactics for our enterprise targets and broader demand generation for our mid-market targets. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support lead generation and event recruitment at a global level
  • Craft messaging strategy for campaigns, in alignment with our communications and product marketing teams
  • Build and execute in region demand activities for North America, LATAM, EMEA and APJ initiatives, working with agencies to execute as needed
  • Lead our CloudBlue hosted webinar program and third party webinars at a global and regional level
  • Ensure strong interlock with regional sales teams, clearly communicating marketing activity and incorporating feedback to improve campaigns
  • Collaborate with digital demand marketing manager on digital campaigns, paid media strategy, and user journeys
  • Align with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on lead quality, working continuously to optimize campaign performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of CloudBlue’s overall strategy, target audience, and customer base in order to develop effective campaign messaging
  • Influence strategy for content creation to support campaigns and field marketing, providing clear direction for product marketing, copywriters, agencies and analysts to bring new content to life
  • Ensure thorough coverage and penetration of our target account list and lookalike mid-market audience targets
  • Collect and analyze campaign results, reporting and sharing insights with leadership

 What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of relevant work in campaigns and marketing, preferably in B2B and tech/software
  • Experience building and implementing ABM marketing strategy and campaigns including integrated digital marketing, sponsored publications, email, social, direct mail and content
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com, Dynamics), marketing automation (Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), paid search (Google, Bing), and reporting (Domo, Tableau)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
