Esta posición tiene como fin la satisfacción del cliente. Se encargará del área como tal (Servicio al Cliente) y será responsable de llevar a cabo las actividades y estrategias que garanticen una cultura “Customer Centric”, así mismo será responsable de las garantias, doas y notas de credito



Major Responsibility:      Estrategia clara y concisa de la cultura Customer Centric, identificando al interior de la empresa cuales son los procesos clave que afectan la satisfacción del cliente y generando planes de mejora en conjunto con las demás areas


Supporting Actions:      Atención de PQRS / Asistencia a Clientes / Elaboración de Certificados / Supervision de Garantias / Supervision de Notas Credito
