You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Handling e-mail communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners
- Co-ordinating job creation, scheduling, pick up and request execution between ITAD customers, and ITAD external partners
- Setting up customer account information in BlueIQ
- Setting up customer log-ins for BlueIQ online customer platform
- Reviewing and completing third party reports received from ITAD`s external partners
- Upload and validation of logistics and services costs into BlueIQ
- Maintaining third party and customer audit reports in BlueIQ
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally is an accurate and professional matter
- Positive attitudes and behavior
- Good knowledge of general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Reporting and data gathering experience is an asset
