Being part of the HR Team, you will support the wider business ensuring our Milton Keynes site has all it needs to function from a facilities perspective.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong administrator with great MS Office skills, and love for everything people and someone who enjoys working across the Site and Reception.
3. Position Summary
Reporting directly to the HR Director UK and Ireland and working closely with the Local Milton Keynes Office the Office & Facilities Co Ordinator will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Administration and support Service across our Milton Keynes site.
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous Facilities experience with excellent Administration skills and previous reception experience on a relief and absence basis. Great interaction skills, a confident presentation style, and a can do attitude is required as is the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be a key success factor to the post holder’s success.
