In this job of Team supervisor for Talent Sourcing Specialist EMEA, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of Talent Sourcing services to our organization. We are looking for a passionate, business-oriented and commercial person, who is motivated to hire top talent and advance our brand in the regions. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and assessing active and passive talent and work closely with our international Talent Acquisition team to define job requirements and evaluate candidates for skills and competencies match. 

You will be part of our Center of Excellence Talent Acquisition EMEA & APAC team, which consists in total of fifteen professionals.

The location for this full-time job is in Viladecans, Spain. We are looking for someone who’s available as soon as possible.

What will you do?

  • You are responsible for the Talent Sourcing life cycle.
  • You will be supervisor of a team of 3 sourcing specialists
  • You will evaluate passive and active candidates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with our Talent Acquisition team and prequalify candidates on a consistent set of competencies, skills, and experience via our Hire Great methodology.
  • You will partner with our Talent Acquisition community by providing integrated sourcing support throughout the EMEA & APAC region.
  • You will partner with our Supervisor Talent Sourcing, to drive results, utilizing data & analytics and relevant sourcing metrics to ensure process improvement and using this information to identify trends, drive change, and assess overall progress.
  • You elevate and communicate our brand and job advertisements via social media posts and Talent Network, to increase our brand awareness and position our organization as an employer of choice.

What experience do you bring?

  • You have previous international Talent Sourcing or Recruitment experience.
  • You have experience with sourcing top talent in the following industries: supply chain, distribution, logistics and/or Tech/IT.
  • You are experienced with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • You have experience working in an international organization and with various cultures.
  • You know how to use social selling in your sourcing activities and leverage our great brand to attract talent.

  • You are great in assessing people and know what Talent looks like.
  • You have the ability to develop the rapport with both candidates and Talent Acquisition experts.
  • You are fluent in English 
  • You are practical and effective, where you combine strong business and common senses; drives towards practical and implementable recommendations.
  • You have a positive and commercial “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations.
  • You are an excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct with various levels of the organization.
