Business Intelligence Manager (m/w/d)

to support our Management team in Großbeeren (South of Berlin).

Your future role:

  • Development – You will happily develop new analysis tools and optimise already present tools to further increase effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, you are familiar with various BI tools and you will integrate new platforms into our existing architecture.
  • Evaluation – You will be responsible for evaluating daily, weekly and annual reports for our Management and our client which will be the basis for our business decisions.
  • Analytical skills – You are able to conduct data-based research to support the operations in medium- and long-term projects. You can also extract essential information from a large dataset to put insights into a larger (tactical/strategical) context.
  • Maintaining and Training: You are responsible for maintaining our EMEA and local dashboards and training the organization on how to use them.
  • Project Management: You will co-ordinate strategic projects from scoping to close.

Your ideal profile:
  • You completed your studies in STEM areas (e. g. engineering, informatics or statistics).
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with MS SQL, Big Data solutions & Data Warehousing, experience with Tableau and advanced Excel is a plus.
  • You have a proven track of working in a Project Management role.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive Analysis of the operational numbers with Business Intelligence Tools (e. g. Tableau or Power BI).
  • You have a prominent passion for numbers and notice deviations and systematics.
  • Interface between the data and the Management / Operations. Needs to be able to quickly understand the client needs and deliver the requested solution (data transformation & Storytelling).
  • Background with Machine Learning / Optimisation algorithms is a plus.
