Description
This BDM position will be responsible for business development of Cisco Networking Products in the states of Karnataka & Kerala.
Responsibility includes owning up the complete Cisco Business in the 2 states, regular engagement with business partners and making sure partners have the right mindshare for us, ensuring rightful market shares as desired, managing vendor managers, understanding the GTM of the vendors and aligning our strategies accordingly so that we acquire maximum market share as desired, identifying and correcting the weak points in our business executions, maintaining end customer order funnels and converting funnels into orders in our favour, meeting the quarter and month targets, achieving the annual growth targets and ensuring that the vendor expectations are met as far as distributor business deliverables are concerned.
