What You'll Do

You will orchestrate a defined set of priorities across all functional areas, including strategy planning by driving alignment across Technology Operations service lines and with other teams and practices.

In this role, you will also strategize execution by accelerating delivery of priority initiatives in partnership with other teams; contributing to / leading priority strategic initiatives where appropriate. You will provide insights into performance reporting, resource management, and other KPIs.

You will also ensure that priorities are aligned with all stakeholders. You will accelerate execution of priorities, where appropriate, in partnership with Practice managers; ensuring that best of our team is brought consistently to partners and clients. You will collaborate with all teams to achieve exceptional expertise ensuring a vibrant, collaborative community and robust organizational health; organizing cohorts of experts from technology to leadership dedicated to Operational activities. In this capacity, you will establish and lead the incident response practice and ensure a robust framework that leverages industry best practices. Lessons learned will be shared across the organization ensuring continued maturity in service delivery.

You will develop and execute on internal communications strategy, including strengthening awareness of delivery / solutions and practice innovation through technology. You will also serve as key point of contact of Tech Ops for other functions.

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our office in Toronto Canada, and be part of Global Ops Technology group. You will assist in planning & delivery the Global Ops Technology group, which encompasses product and platform releases. You will closely collaborate with the Ops Technology leadership along with service line leaders and the Ops Technology board.

You will also provide thought partnership to technology leaders to shape the client service model and define actions to improve performance and health (e.g., awareness and adoption, pricing/arrangements, recipe definition, talent pyramid/footprint); partnering with other leaders in the cell (e.g., Director of Product Management, Director of Alliances & Acquisition and Head of Technology), and in firm functions (e.g., Finance, Talent) to syndicate, prioritize, operationalize, and coordinate asset priorities.


  • University degree required
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior leaders/audiences and external collaborators on a wide variety of topics
  • Strong project management skills to be able to thrive on shifting priorities, and multi-tasking as necessary
  • Ability to lead and drive meaningful work through orchestration and facilitation

 Our Hybrid Work Program is now live for our office associates.
