Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for development and maintenance of systems and applications from business analysis/requirement specification to final release. Responsible for following the Ingram Micro chosen applications development standards and methodologies, works primarily on an independent basis within the guidelines given for delivery of technical work assignments.
Educational Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science and Math or related discipline with an IT emphasis is required.
Experience: - Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience needed in the Basic Language, Function and/or Technologies pertinent to the position.
- Must have experience in Systems Analysis, Applications Development, Programming and Applications Maintenance & Support - as required by the position.
- Knowledge of Software Application Life-cycle processes such as defect tracking, automated build, requirements management, version control, continuous integration and code development best practices, and Project Management Methodologies.
