About the Team:

The Cisco Business Unit sales team is responsible for supporting the business of over 300 Cisco focused resellers in the US.

Our sales team is a strategic piece of the overall Ingram Micro Advanced Solutions Division go-to-market strategy, helping our partners to increase the scale and scope of the solutions that they deliver to support their customer’s business outcomes.

About this Role:

  • Coaching the sales team and helping reps become proactive consultants to our reseller partners.
  • Will be responsible for managing 15+ inside sales reps
  • Helping to oversee workflows to ensure proper resource alignment.
  • Developing the talent of the inside sales team.
  • Assisting with P&L management and overall BU strategy development/implementation
