Following a risk-based approach, assists the company in operating within an optimized framework of values, policies and controls, taking into account its business strategy and risk tolerance. Periodically identifies the most significant compliance risks, defines relevant and efficient controls to address these risks, delivers a robust communication/training framework that reaches associates on a regular basis; and monitors the efficiency of undertaken actions, providing guidance and assistance where and when operational issues are discovered.What you bring to the role:Recognized master in professional discipline within own business unit and across the company. Extensive breadth and depth of knowledge arrived through exposure to emerging technical advancements or complex business situations. Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
