Senior Project Manager, IaaS

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of world-class project management experience with a track record of working with internal and external delivery teams.  S/he is one who effectively collaborates and plans, clearly communicates progress and timelines, and leads others to deliver world class professional service projects.


  • Planning and managing company resources to execute project components from design through implementation
  • Manages internal, vendor, customer, or program based projects
  • Interprets requirements and converts to standardized deliverables
  • Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met
  • Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions
  • Coordinates project schedules, monitors budgets and assigns tasks
  • Champions and communicates project successes to a broader audience
  • Work closely with other business functions such as marketing, operations, sales, finance, etc. to plan and execute change management and business readiness for project launches 
  • Communicates key project decisions, status and changes to the organization, including senior and Executive Management, stakeholders, and partners
  • Escalates and frames issues to management so appropriate action can be taken
  • Recognizes and identifies potential areas of improvement for existing methodologies, policies or procedures may require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding projects focused on business expansion.
  • Depending on the project, the Sr. PM may be managing off-shore team members and vendors
  • Provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks


  • Minimum 12 years work experience with IaaS project management or related role
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • PMP certification
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven track record of ability to communicate to multiple audiences
  • Deep experience and knowledge of project management and all related technology tools
  • Ability to lead by influence and collaboration
  • Executive presence 
  • Offshore software development experience a plus
  • Vendor management experience a plus
