Job Description:
- To achieve the Revenue and GP target on given set of accounts
- To grow depth in existing accounts
- To build excellent reseller relationships through proactive engagement
- To identify cross-selling within Ingram Micro’s product and services portfolio
- To provide accurate and timely quotations to resellers in Microsoft CRM
- To keep resellers informed of product-related information such promotions, events and webinars.
- To manage the end-to-end order processes
- To work in close collaboration with Account Manager, Product Manager, Buyer and other departments to ensure service level to resellers
Requirements:
- Minimum a GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma with Sales, Customer Services & Administration experience in IT
- Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
- Good organizational skills are needed to multi-task effectively
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable about different operational areas, including order management, billing, credit and logistic
- SAP and Microsoft CRM skills are added advantage
- Training will be provided
