    Our Cloud team is growing rapidly and we’re adding a Sr. Manager to lead our strategic business planning.  You will join our global team to lead key projects and act as advisor to our North American region and overall global growth initiatives.  A successful candidate will work well under pressure and meet deadlines, must be flexible, and have the ability to manage through ambiguity.  This role must think strategically, effectively influence stakeholders, and efficiently drive processes from creation through completion.  You will need to be a self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and have a natural curiosity to ask and answer, “what’s next?”.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for planning and driving the key projects that align with the business’s strategic initiatives that will drive key revenue growth. 
    • Manage multiple key projects simultaneously you will combine analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment to advise your leadership team and make sound management decisions.  
    • Manage directly or indirectly, key resources to execute project components from the design phase through implementation, you will analyze data to ensure programs deliver the needed impact on our Cloud business.
    • Work with a highly cross-functional global team you will design and maintain the governance of key global programs, drive standardization and consistent methodologies, determine milestones, and identify key deliverables and objectives that scale growth and profitability. 

    What YOU bring to the role: 

    • Recognized as the subject matter expert in business management, analysis and project management, you are adept at managing large complex projects or processes.
    • You possess a high level of confidence and executive presence to provide business insights, updates, and gap analysis to key executive stakeholders.
    • You bring rigor to analyze and deliver on project deadlines. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to weigh business alternatives, identify opportunities for growth and consult with the business leaders on the strategic initiatives.
    • 7+ years of experience in project management strategy/consulting/finance, and/or operations roles 
    • Superior analytic and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in driving decision making 
    • Strong business and financial acumen 
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
    • Demonstrated ability to develop analytical frameworks to solve complex business issues Advanced MS Excel skills 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field; MBA a plus Experience in working with cross-functional teams. 
    • Project/program management leadership including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, and integration management
