About the Team:
The BE&O mission and strategy focuses on short term projects with clear scope, clear deliverables and business ownership. Via process optimization, automation and governance, BE&O facilitates real value, measured in hours or cost reduction on behalf of the business while driving long term adoption.
About the Role:
The Sr Business Transformation Professional will manage a variety of assigned programs, projects, & products that stem from the USTS and Business Applications roadmap. The role will also manage the on-going adoption and applicability of System & Tools eLearning.
We are looking for someone that has experience in driving organization wide change with adoption of innovative tools & technology to deliver the best customer experience and business outcomes.
This includes the ability to manage programs/projects to completion and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve quantifiable results. Knowledge of Ingram Micro systems and process is a plus.
