About the role: "Cisco Sales Manager (Saudi Arabia)"
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by Meeting with to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Present sales, revenue and Profit reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Qualifications and Skills:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of positive sales performance and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
