Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter (contract for 1 year)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with strong experience in IT sphere to support our recruiting team in Moscow and help us place qualified candidates faster.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for recruitment and selection in Russia within assigned positions
• Be part of development and implementation of new hiring process according to company principals
• Implement various sourcing solutions
• Conduct interviews
• Work with hiring managers and HRBP, cooperate with business departments in recruitment projects and activities, develop recruitment and interview skills of responsible persons in business departments
• Supply the recruitment base with CVs according to needs and update it
• Complete, analyze and improve recruitment reports (KPIs)
• Develop and promote employer brand – IT events, social media, university management

Requirements:

• University Degree
• +1 years of IT recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills (online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, etc.)
• English – Intermediate
• Proven ability to create successful business relationships at all levels of the organization, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Self-motivated, strong ability of organization
• Ability to take ownership, open character, coordination and communication
• Ability to work under pressure, highly responsible team-player
