We are searching for a new Sales Support Coordinator to join our Inside Sales team as we continue to grow our vendor and channel partners market share. With this expansion, there is opportunity to join our team in a support capacity for our sales team to help support we require to support our Tier 1 customers.

What you’ll do

We are currently seeking a number of Sales Support Coordinators who will be responsible for supporting our sales activity within our HP PSG business. 

You will be based in our Rosebery office working closely with our HP PSG Business Manager. This role will be focused around providing support in sales administration, customer queries, product information coordination and strengthening our sales results by contacting our resellers with information on our latest promotions.

Some responsibilities of this role will include:

• Work with HPI account managers to grow existing customers
• Establishing strong relationships with our customer base
• Responsible for driving sales of HPI solutions to SMB space
• Maintain a sales pipeline report
• Attend all HP face to face and virtual HPI focused training events
• Help leverage Ingram Micro unique offerings to maximise joint outcome for customers on HP via Ingram
• Providing the resellers with a high level of service and acting as a resolution point for any queries
• Provide input and participation in Quarterly Business Reviews
• Providing quotations where needed

What you’ll bring

A ‘How can I help you be successful today?’ attitude with customer experience at the heart of what you do.

• 2 to 3 years of Customer Service/Account Management/Sales Support experience within the IT industry
• Keen to learn & take advantage of the training avenues available
• An interest in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
