The successful candidate for Channel Program Manager will join the Global Cloud Services Product Management team supporting and advancing the adoption, deployment and usage growth with CloudBlue Partners.
The candidate will be accountable for how CloudBlue organizes and executes against CloudBlue Partner stated ISV portfolio growth strategies, while rationalizing CloudBlue's delivery against key internal measures of success and internal account maturity models. As a CloudBlue evangelist, the successful candidate will form, nurture and strengthen business relationships with key senior leaders at existing and prospective CloudBlue Partners to understand their business strategies, advocate how CloudBlue can advance success as a well-aligned true Partner, commit CloudBlue to plans of delivery action and roadmapping, and report progress in regular executive business reviews.
The successful candidate will act as CloudBlue Cloud Services Product Management's brand ambassador for new business opportunities and issues, acting to contain and address constructive partner feedback with a goal to having Partners as valued advocates instead of detractors.
To promise delivery to Partners with credibility, the candidate will engage with internal delivery and development functions, using an understanding of their capacity and methods to set plans of action and to hold them to account, including performance reviews to leadership. In setting plans, the successful candidate will exercise good judgement and knowledge about overarching CloudBlue strategies and balancing the needs of the entire infinite ecosystem of ISVs and Products.
As a citizen developer in the modern world, the ideal candidate will possess the abilities to create data visualizations of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support continuous improvement in Partner Advocacy Score trends, quality and timeliness of CloudBlue delivery, adoption of new ISVs and Products and growth in value of transacted business.
Supporting a high-velocity and rapidly evolving business, a candidate will feel personal ownership of market successes, and constantly seek to implement or improve processes, standards, and operational plans that will positively impact the achievement of functional results.
