With the expansion of the cloud finance team, we are looking to hire an AR Accountant! 

Position Summary:

• Process and apply daily payments received by check, ACH and wire into SAP
• Perform credit card payment reconciliation and clear credit card open items
• Match standard payments and process exemption payments
• Monitor Unapplied cash and reconcile cash clearing account
• Prepare bank account reconciliation
• Prepare AR aging report
• Perform customer account reconciliation; resolve and investigate any payment discrepancy with customer
• Assist with special ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance; Experience processing in a high volume environment
• Proficient knowledge of financial software applications (i.e. SAP,).
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and other technical software is required.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
